Rabia just wants to cry into a bowl of ice-cream

I wouldnt say that women cry for any reason, but we do cry for more reasons then men do. Actually there are very few reasons why a man ever cries.

For us women, its more of a release, even therapy if you want to call it. We definitely arent ones to hold anything back (unless we are planning to hold it against you), and bottling up our emotions can feel like steam building in a kettle. So we cry and we let it all out, and if you do it while eating ice-cream and watching "Sleepless in Seattle" for the umpteenth time, so the better!

We all know that men dont like talking about or showing their emotions all the time, but i wonder if the not crying is a part of that. Or maybe its because while growing up boys are told its not ok for them to cry infront of anyone (or even at all) as its a sign of weakness (and we know how much they hate that). I think i'll ask the boys about this one?

I really dont want to make the same mistakes again and again! but sometimes it feels like getting stuck in a rut and not being able to get out. Its just too easy to make the same errors again, after all at least you know whats gonna happen afterwards.

But no more, i will get out of this not-going-anywhere-but-down spiral and fix things this time around, or at least make the best attempt possible
