so much for trying to please the management...boss says not to expect anything [in terms of bonus or increment] come Jan...general response to that....FUCK U!!

unfortunately in Pakistan (and I think in other developing countries as well) people are not rewarded for their efforts. in general, the employers always try to exploit the employees
